Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.aixconglobal.com and any registration, ticketing, or payment made through it for AiXCon Global 2026 (“the Event”), taking place on 25 November 2026 in Chandigarh, India. By creating an account, registering for the Event, or making a payment through this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
AiXCon Global 2026 is organised by Artificial Intelligence Exploration Foundation, operating as AiX Foundation, a registered public charitable trust (Darpan registration number: CH/2026/1055629), registered at House No. 637, Sector 36-B, Chandigarh, 160036, India. References to “we”, “us”, or “the organiser” in these Terms mean Artificial Intelligence Exploration Foundation.
2. Accounts
Accounts on this site are created through email one-time-password (OTP) verification or an email and password you set. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information — your name, email, and phone number are used to process your registration and to contact you about it.
3. Registration categories and approval
You may apply to join the Event as an Attendee, Speaker, or Exhibitor/Sponsor. Submitting a form is an application, not a confirmed spot. Our organising team reviews every application and may approve or reject it at its discretion — for example, based on capacity, relevance, or the completeness of the information you provide. Approval or rejection decisions are final, though you are welcome to submit a fresh application if your circumstances change.
4. Fees and payment
Where a registration fee applies, it is shown in Indian Rupees (INR) before you pay and is only collected after your application has been approved. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. Once payment is confirmed, your portal is activated and you receive your entry QR code.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Code of conduct
Attendees, speakers, and exhibitors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards organisers, staff, and other participants at the Event and in any related online space. We reserve the right to refuse entry, remove any participant, or suspend an account for conduct we reasonably consider disruptive, harassing, unlawful, or unsafe, without a refund where that conduct is the cause.
7. Content you submit
If you apply as a speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor, you may submit a bio, session description, company details, or logo. You confirm you have the right to share this content and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the website, in Event materials, and in related promotion, for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose.
8. Photography and recording
Photography, video, or audio recording may take place at the Event. By attending, you consent to being included in this content, which we may use for reporting on and promoting AiXCon Global 2026 and future editions.
9. Third-party services
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Supabase — account, registration, and file storage
- Resend — transactional email delivery (OTP codes, confirmations, updates)
Your use of these services through our site is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from these third-party providers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Artificial Intelligence Exploration Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or attendance at the Event, including travel, accommodation, or business costs you incur. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid registration is limited to the amount you paid for that registration.
11. Changes to the Event
We may need to change the Event’s venue, date, speaker line-up, or format. If we postpone or cancel the Event entirely, the terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.
14. Contact
