This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Artificial Intelligence Exploration Foundation, operating as AiX Foundation (a registered public charitable trust, Darpan registration number: CH/2026/1055629, registered at House No. 637, Sector 36-B, Chandigarh, 160036, India), collects through this website in connection with AiXCon Global 2026, why we collect it, and how it’s used, shared, and protected.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: email address, and a password if you set one.
• Profile details: full name, phone number (with country code), profile picture, LinkedIn URL, and company/website URL, where you provide them.
• Registration details: the information you submit on the Attendee, Speaker, or Exhibitor/Sponsor form — for example organisation, role, industry, session topic and description, or sponsorship interests.
• Payment information: once Razorpay is enabled, payment status and transaction references. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details — Razorpay processes these directly under its own privacy and security policies.
• Messages you send us through the contact form (name, email, phone, and message content).
• Technical data: a session cookie used to keep you signed in, and standard web server logs.

2. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account, including sending one-time verification codes.
• To process and review your Attendee, Speaker, or Exhibitor/Sponsor application.
• To process payments and send payment-related confirmations.
• To send you emails about your registration status, your account, and the Event.
• To display approved speakers and partners publicly on the website (name, title, organisation, photo, and session details, where applicable).
• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Razorpay — to process payments, once enabled.
• Supabase — our database and file storage provider, which hosts your account, registration, and uploaded images.
• Resend — our transactional email provider, used to deliver OTP codes, confirmations, and status updates.
• Our organising team, to review applications and run the Event.
• Authorities, where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in after verifying your email; it is required for the account and dashboard features to work and is not used for advertising or third-party tracking. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, this policy will be updated first.

5. Data retention

We keep account and registration data for as long as your account is active and as needed to run the Event, maintain records, and meet legal or accounting obligations afterwards. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, subject to records we’re required to keep.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to tell you what we hold about you, by writing to info@aixconglobal.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

Passwords and one-time codes are stored as salted hashes, not in plain text. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, and database access is restricted to our organising team through access controls on our hosting provider.

8. Children’s privacy

This website and the Event are intended for adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
